Well, Since the KKPsi angel (?) asked about alumni too....

1. What does the word Brotherhood mean to you?

We share a unique bond that is more than simply friendship or mutual interest.
It is more than a service thing...or a music thing...or a social thing. It
is all those and yet more.

2. How have you benefited from being a Brother of Kappa Kappa Psi?

My life has been enriched beyond belief. Some of my best friends are brothers
both here and back in Missouri. KKPsi has also encouraged me to keep striving
for the highest.

3. What aspect of your Membership Education was most memorable?

It was a long time ago but I remember the interviews and service project the
most from my pledge days.

4. What aspect of your Membership Education benefited you the most?

Being forced to meet and interact with all the rest of the brothers. I
learned how to deal with other people better.

5. Does being a Brother of Kappa Kappa Psi benefit you musically?

Yup. It helps me to perform my best and to be true to our musical principles.

6. What kind of relationship do you have with your Big Brother?

We were close throughout my college career back at UMR. I have since lost
touch with him but I do know that he got his masters in EE at MIT a year or so
ago and is still working for GE somewhere.

My big sister (in TBS) got her Masters in Aerospace engineering from Texas and
is working for the CIA in Northern Virginia. Also heard that she was married.

As a corollary I remain close with some of my little siblings and communicate
with them a few times per year. I haven't seen most of them in at least 5
years but we still keep in touch. Dave J. is divorced and doing the Civil
Engineer thing back in Rolla, Valarie is in Tulsa with her son doing well,
Greg Martin is in Dallas doing computer stuff having finished his Masters a
few years back.

If you haven't guessed KKPsi is more than simply a service group, or a musical
group. It's a fraternity, a brotherhood, and as such we all share a special
bond. I may not always agree with everything my family does or says but I
love them with all my heart. KKPsi is the same way. I didn't agree with
everything that was done back at UMR or here at Lehigh but all are still my
brothers and occupy a special place in my heart.
