Attendance: Nick (co-chair), Leanne (co-chair), Jeff, Nate, Dave G.,
Chris C., Rob K., Heather, Mike D., Eudora

1.  We received 4 awards from Districts, 3 of which are not due till
Feb., 
     and the other one is due at the end of this fall.

2.  We went over the 5 awards we decided on last year, and agreed to
continue to give them out. 
     We ask the social chairperson to keep track of all events and what
brothers attend which events.

3.  We also decided on giving out a "Brother of the Month" award.
     - All brothers are invited to submit a letter of reccomendation for
a brother to be recognized.
     - They can submit it by email (ngc2@lehigh.edu) or postal mail (box
L005)
     - The fundraising, service, and social committee chairs are asked
to keep track of events and people attending.
     - Both submissions are to be due the last saturday of the month.
     - The award will be given out on the First Thursday Meeting of the
Month.
     - The receipient of the award will be decided on the monday before
the above date.
     - All brothers are invited to attend this meeting to vote, and
voice their opinion on the nominated brothers.

The first award dates are as follows:
 - September 30 - Saturday - Reccomendations and event lists due
 - October 2    - Monday   - Awards Meeting, and voting on receipient of
award
 - October 5    - Thursday - Brotherhood meeting, winner announced

Next awards committee meeting (right now) will be on Monday, October 2
at 5pm in Zoellner 3rd Floor Lobby.
