Awards Committee Meeting

-Monday, October 2, 2000 4:00pm

Attendance: Nick (co-chair), Leanne (co-chair), Jeff, Nate, Dave G.,
Brian G., Heather, Todd J., Eudora

1.  We went through the attendance lists of committee meetings, and KKY
events and chose
	a few brothers who have shown outstanding attendance to events, and put
	them on the ballot for "Brother Of the Month" with the 1 reccomendation
we
	received from the brotherhood.

2.  We went into discussion about every member in the list, and voted.
The brother of the month will be 
	announced at the chapter meeting on Oct.5

3.  We encourage all brothers to attend the meetings where brother of
the month is held so that
	they can voice their opinions on the outstanding work that and
dedication their fellow brothers
	shows to the fraternity and to bands.

4.  The next meeting in which we will be selecting the October "Brother
of the Month" is on 
	Monday, October 30 in Zoellner 3rd Floor Lobby.  
	Time is tentatively set at 4pm. (this may be changed due to conflicts)

5.  Reccomendations and attendance lists are due Saturday October 28, by
email.
	A standardized form will be completed (hopefully) by the 10/5 chapter
meeting.
