Attendance: Nick (co-chair), Leanne (co-chair), Nate, Mike D., Eudora,
Heather B., Dave G., Jeff 

We discussed nominees of brother of the month.
we received event info from the Fundraising, Service, and Social 
committees.

A brother of the month for February was decided on and will be 
announced at the March 5 meeting.


We also discussed the status of the committee and our feelings of 
keeping it a committee or disbanding it. We mostly all agreed the 
committe took alot of the responsibility away from the corresponding 
secretary, and ensured that the district and national awards would 
be applied for.  We also agreed if the committe would continue to 
exist, that the Corresponding Secretary would be a chairperson, 
and that the Cor. Sec. would talk with the President
and mutually agree on a co-chair.

We discussed other things, and our next step is talk to 
juristiction and see what the procedure and such is to vote on 
a comittee.

Next meeting TBA.
