Brothers present: 
Michelle (chair), Eudora, Leanne, Mike Hall, Brian Hetsko, Chris Argall, Ernest, 
 Brian Green, Rob 
 
1. We discussed ideas for a "Big Event".  Ideas that were suggested were a dinner (Brian Hetsko), camping (Brian Green), overnight in ZAC (Leanne - this 
idea will probably be used for the Chapter Retreat), and a formal meeting. 
There will be a formal MANDATORY meeting for all people interested in becoming 
a Big.  The date/time/location has yet to be determined. 
 
2. Start thinking about people you would like to offer bids to.  I will begin 
taking names during Winter break via email.  The MEP schedule will be out by  
the 11/30 meeting and we will be voting on the schedule at the 12/7 meeting. 
 
3. Next meeting will be on October 16 at 7:00pm at 473 Montclair.  We will be 
finalizing plans for the information sessions and the "Big" meeting.
