The MEP Committee met on Sunday, Feb. 4 to discuss the bid discussion meetings 
we held over the past two weeks.  Suggestions were made as to the running of 
next year's bid discussion meetings.  Since the nature of this meeting was, 
technically, "closed," I cannot post those minutes on the board.  If you would 
like to know what was said, email me (mhj3) and I'll send you a copy of the 
Minutes.  Those Brothers who were at the meeting will be getting a copy of the
