Here's a post of the email that I sent everyone, for you're reference and enjoyment.  I'll probably put all of the emails (even those not sent to everyone) on here, as well.

Since our meeting tonight, there have been a few changes for our project.  
Here's the synopsis for those of you who don't have time to read any of the 
email you get: 
 
> We're tentatively having a rehearsal 8-10PM on Wednesday and 3-5PM on Saturday 
(they may not last that long..). 
> We've divided the music into pieces that we "will play", and "might play" 
(listed below). 
> Music will be availible at Tuesday's meeting for those who don't already have it. 
> More details about rehearsals and the performance will make their way to the 
people who have signed up... it's not too late to sign up! 
 
Here's the longer version, PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU STILL HAVE QUESTIONS: 
At our rehearsal, we played through 13 pieces, and selected 12 of them for 
additional consideration.  They were divided into tiers: 
 
Definite: 
> The Liberty Bell March 
> The Caissons Go Rolling Along (Artillery Song) 
> Tonight (from West Side Story) 
> Colonel Bogey 
> You're a Grand Old Flag 
> Battle Hymn of the Republic 
> In the Mood 
> Scott Joplin on the March 
 
Possible: 
> Pennsylvania 6-5000 
> Semper Paratus 
> There's Nothing Like a Dame 
> Give My Regards to Broadway 
 
Over My Dead Body: 
> The Impossible Dream 
> Gym Shorts (just kidding) 
 
Mike Kowalski conducted, although we're looking in to having Bill Warfield 
conduct and/or play at the performance.  We are looking for _low brass_ 
players... Jeff is awefully lonely.  If you're still reading at this point, you 
are totally awesome. 
If you missed our rehearsal tonight, it's not a problem.  If you can't make one 
or both of the rehearsals, you are still invited to play with us.  Please email 
me if you would like to play but cannot rehearse with us.  Music will be 
availible at the meeting tomorrow for those who want to look at it ahead of time. 
This should be the last email that I send to everyone about this, thus, 
subsequent emails regarding the project will be send *only* to those who have 
signed up.  Be sure that you are on the list if you plan on going.  Wow, I can't 
believe you read all of that...  :)
