The meeting was called to order at 9:51 PM 
17 brothers were present 
There was no opposition to forgoing the minutes from last meeting. 
 
I.	Officer Reports 
	A. President 
1. Rachel is looking for someone to accompany her to the leadership conference at Towson  University on Sunday September 1.  Please let her know if you are interested. 
2.  The is a committee sign up sheet being passed around, please sign up for one committee.  Remember each brother must serve on at least one committee. 
	B. Corresponding Secretary: 
1.  Heather would like to send out a newsletter by the end of September, please get your articles to her. 
	C. Alumni Secretary: 
1. Lauren is working on the master list for alumni.  If you are aware of any changes to addresses, phone numbers or email please pass that information on to Lauren. 
	D. Historian: 
1.  Kym is looking for photos from Hershey Park and Rock Climbing, if anyone has any they are willing to donate to the photo album please let her know. 
2.  Also, if anyone is interested in writing a small piece for the scrapbook about these events please let her know. 
	E. Parliamentarian: 
		1.  Please read over the sheet on procedure for meetings that was handed out. 
 
II	Committee Reports 
	A. MEP 
1.  Please e-mail Josh your available meeting times and ideas for the MEP program for this year.  Josh is encouraging all chairs and band liaisons to join MEP this year.  
2.  Keep your eye open for potential members and encourage attendance to all events and meetings. 
	B. Service 
		1. A survey on service was passed out, please complete it and return it to Rhonda and Matt. 
2.  Broughal Middle School is looking for help from us for two parades that their band will be performing in: Fountain Hill Parade Sunday October 13 at 2PM and Bethlehem Parade on Sunday October 27 at 2PM.  They asked for people to march with the band to add numbers for the performances. 
3.  Service committee meetings will be online meetings. 
	C. Social 
		1.  Bowling drew a crowd of 38 people. 
2.  Saturday August 31 at 12:30 there will be a group going to Perkins for lunch and then the Music in Art exhibit at the Banana Factory. 
3.  Please submit brotherhood ideas to Amy. 
	D. Fundraising 
1.  Please start thinking about service auction ideas and if you are interested in emceeing please contact Lauren. 
	E. Jurisdiction 
		1. Heather will notify people for meeting times. 
 
III	New Business 
	A motion was made by Heather Belaus that every member be on a Northeast Notes subcommittee. 
	The motion was seconded by Mike Kowalski. 
	The motion passed 
 
	A motion was made by EJ Walsh to have letter day on Tuesday 
	The motion was seconded by Rhonda Humbert 
	An amendment was introduced that it be the first and third Tuesday of the month. 
	The amendment was unopposed. 
	The motion passed.
