The meeting was called to order at 9:48 PM 
20 brothers were present 
The previous meeting's minutes were read and approved. 
 
I.	Officer Reports 
 
A. President 
1.	The Chapter Personnel Report is being passed around, please check your information and sign it. 
2.	Dues are $60 by September 24th.  Please make checks payable to Lehigh University and give them to Mike Kowalski.  Any late dues will be $75. 
3.	The meeting discussion will be on the topic of Brotherhood not Music Department Relations. 
4.	The National Chapter Field Representative Position is still open to graduation seniors who are interested. 
5.	The graduation senior report is being passed around, if you are a senior who is planning on graduating this year, please fill it out. 
 
B. Vice President 
1.	PIE will be held on Sunday September 29th at 4PM location TBA 
 
C. Treasurer 
1.	Next week there will be a sign up sheet to order letters from Greek Concepts. 
 
D. Alumni Secretary 
1. Lauren has made contact with alumni and is looking to plan alumni-chapter activities. 
 
E. Historian: 
1. Thanks go to Heather for the write up for the scrapbook. 
 
F. Parliamentarian: 
1. If you need forms from the past two meetings please see Heather. 
 
II	Committee Reports 
 
A. Service 
1.	Please respond to Matt about your schedules for service meetings if you have not already done so. 
2.	There will be service projects for the Marching 97 in the near future. 
 
B. Social 
1.There will be an Around the World Dinner on Saturday September 14th at 7PM at 628 Montclair.  Please make enough food for five people.  Please email Amy what food you will be making by Thursday.  This will be a closed event. 
2.There will be an Ethnic Food night on Friday October 11th at 6:30PM.  We will be meeting in the Campus Square Parking lot and walking to the Thai Kitchen for dinner.  This will be a closed event. 
3.There will be Ultimate Frisbee on Sunday October 20that 2PM on Maginnes Lawn. This is an open event. 
4.There will be a Halloween party on Friday November 1st co-sponsored with Mustard and Cheese.  Time and place TBD but please let the social committee know if you have any ideas. 
5.The next social committee meeting will be on Friday October 11th at 5:30 PM in Campus Square D304. 
 
C. Fundraising 
1.The Service Auction will be Monday October 14th at 7 or 8PM Location TBD.  Please get your auction items to Lauren. 
 
D. MEP 
1.  There will be a meeting on Thursday September 12th in the Score Library at 8:30 PM 
 
E. Jurisdiction 
1.There will be a meeting on Thursday September 12th in Fair-Mart at 9:30 PM 
 
III	New Business 
 
A Motion was made by Jared Roseman to donate one Marimba Bar to Howard Paine 
Second by EJ Walsh 
The motion failed. 
 
IV	General Announcements 
 
Sekou Sundiata will be performing Saturday night at 7PM, there are free tickets available.  Note this is during the around the world dinner.
