Sorry I've been a little lax with these. Meeting Minutes 10/15/02 Meeting called to Order at 9:49 PM 16 brothers were present Previous Meetings Minutes were read and approved. Off Pres: n Please update the bios on the web page and send any committee updates to Pete for placement on the web page n Podiums are going around, please take one VP: n The information sessions will be on Thurs Oct 17 @ 6:30 in ZAC 211 and on Wed Nov 13 @ 6 in ZAC 345. Please encourage non brothers to attend. n Congratulations went to the Thetas for the success of PIE II n Two more names have been brought to Josh's attention: Jack Morgan and Randy Maurizio Tres: n If you have any last minute changes to the greek concepts order please let Mike know by wed n There are still two XL chapter letters if anyone is interested n There are also central precinct shirts from when we hosted, marching band stickers and KKPsi hats for sale. Alum Sec: n The Alumni master list is finished. Comm Service: n If you have any feedback on Marching with Broughal, or the Juice and Cookies after band, please let matt know. n The next parade with Broughal will be Sun Oct 27 n There is a ZEEK sign up sheet going around n If you are interested in placing a cookie or candy order through Broughal please let Matt know Social: n Sunday October 20 Ultimate Frisbee @ 2PM on Maginness Lawn please advertise n There will be a social committee meeting on Fri Nov 1st at 5 in the first floor lobby of ZAC n There will be a Scavenger Hunt on Sat Nov 16th at 7pm in the 3rd floor lobby of ZAC this is a closed event. There will be dinner at McDonalds at 6:15 for those interested. n The Progressive Dinner is scheduled for Monday Nov 25th starting at 5:30. The route will consist of Mocktails and Appetizers at Taylor, Soup and Salad at 628 Montclair, Main Course at 226 Warren Sq and Dessert in Campus Sq. Please RSVP by Tuesday Nov 19th to Amy at alm8. Fund: n The service auction will be on Sun Oct 20th at 6pm in UC 308 MEP: n There will be a short meeting after this week's info session n The MEP committee is planning to refurbish the ritual material and would like funds to do so. n The NED is setting up a program for old, unused, or donated ritual equipment to go to chapters who need it.
