bcg2 02/07/03 04:44 Kappa Gamma Report to the NED 2003

Hi, everyone;

As previously announced at the Chapter meeting 2/7, the Chapter must submit to the District a report "to inform the rest of the District of your actions since last year's convention." In a change from previous years, "Delegates will not be reading these speeches at the beginning of convention as in previous years. Instead a compilation of all reports will be handed out during the seating of delegates..."

As Delegate to the NED Convention 2003, I have generated a one-page report based on what I consider the most prominent issues in the Chapter at this time, based on "the three prides of Kappa Gamma." Please review this report as you wish and notify me immediately (by noon on Tuesday, 2/11) if you feel any part of this report in error by inaccuracy or omission, since it must go out to Rob Spanos shortly afterword.

I am aware that I still need to correct the size of the iota class and add a specific date at the bottom. Remember that this report will be distributed in mid-March. I am posting a link to a plaintext version cut to 80-column lines so you all can read it in your browsers:

Also, if there are any issues that you would like brought up at the District Convention (as yourself or on behalf of Kappa Gamma), please e-mail me soon so that I can pass this on to Rob Spanos. I will hopefully figure out what issues will come up at Convention about two weeks beforehand so that we can consider them as a Chapter if need be.

Thanks, everyone, for the continuing work that is advancing the cause of music and making Kappa Kappa Psi a worthwhile organization at Lehigh University.

A E A
Your Delegate,
Brian C. Green
