From: nwh3@Lehigh.EDU Meeting called to order at 9:10PM 23 Brothers Present. The previous meetings minutes were read and approved. I. Officer Reports: A. President: 1. Contact Sarah if you need any information for Districts, i.e. travel, hotel rooms, and registration. B. Vice President: 1. Sheets were passed out to the bigs to give them guidance on their responsibilities and duties. A schedule of the membership period was also passed out. C. Corresponding Secretary: Nothing D. Treasurer: 1. Without all the bills and receipts turned in, Nick is estimating that for Precincts we will be approximately $1000 in debt. E. Recording Secretary: Nothing F. Historian: 1. A motion was made to redo the composite picture this year; the cost will be approximately $15 per person. The motion was voted on and it passed. 2. As a fundraiser framed pictures of couples from the formal will be sold. A picture in a frame will cost approximately $10 dollars, if interested contact Eudora. G. Alumni Secretary: Nothing H. Parliamentarian: Nothing I. Everyone else: Nothing II. Committee Reports: A. Social Individual: Nothing B. Fundraising: Nothing C. Service: 1. A sign-up sheet for Donegon was being passed around; a group will be going to Donegon on March 7th. 2. Music books are still being collected to give to the local schools. D. Precincts: 1. A big thank you was made to everyone who helped out during precincts weekend 2. We had a total of 122 people here for the convention, and 45 of them were Kappa Gamma brothers, MC's, or alumni. 3. There are a lot of leftover shirts; you can buy one for $8. 4. There is a good quantity of food left over, and if there any ideas on how the food can be sold let your ideas be known. E. Jurisdiction: Nothing F. MEP: 1. The Membership Candidates meetings are every Sunday night at 7:00pm in Zoelner Arts Center room 345. The first quiz is this Sunday March 5th. G. 5th Anniversary: Nothing III. Old Business: Nothing IV. New Business: A. The Epsilon class will meet briefly after the meeting to discuss their service project. B. Juan had in his possession the traveling paddle from our big brother chapter at Lock Haven. The paddle gets transferred back and forth during road trips from one chapter to the other. The paddle should be returned within a year, it is now in the possession of the social person Leanne.
