Meeting called to order at 9:12PM
24 Brothers Present.
The previous meetings minutes were read and approved.

I.	Officer Reports:
	A.	President:  Nothing
	B.	Vice President: 
		1.	Juan asked that all bigs attend the membership candidates meetings,
and also to e-mail him any suggestions you have and comment on if he is
doing a good job.

	C.	Corresponding Secretary:  
		1.	Articles for the Northeast Notes are due in Washington by Wednesday
March 15th.  Rob asked that people write something for this and give it
to him by this weekend.

	D.	Treasurer: 
		1.	For precincts we spent $1130.02 more than money that came in.  This
leaves our cash account balance at $1658.48.

	E.	Recording Secretary:  Nothing
	F.	Historian:  Nothing
	G.	Alumni Secretary:  Nothing
	H.	Parliamentarian:  Nothing
	I.	Everyone else:  Nothing

II.	Committee Reports:
	A.	Social Individual:  Nothing
	B.	Fundraising:  Nothing  
	C.	Service:  Nothing
	D.	Precincts:  Nothing
	E.	Jurisdiction:  Nothing
	F.	MEP:  
		1.	The Membership Candidates had their first test, not everyone passed
it, so there will be a retest.
		2.	Kitti Lewis was elected as the Zeta class president.

	G.	5th Anniversary:  Nothing

III.	Old Business:  Nothing 
IV.	New Business: 
	A.	A time for 2nd Degree was discussed; more information will sent out
through e-mail after Juan finds a time when all the MC's can make it.
	B.	For a 2nd status report on the Epsilons service project, see
Michelle.
