From: nwh3@Lehigh.EDU Meeting called to order at 9:11PM 21 Brothers Present. The previous meetings minutes were read and approved. I. Officer Reports: A. President: Nothing B. Vice President: Nothing C. Corresponding Secretary: 1. The articles for Northeast Notes were sent in, there was on letter from Jeff Andrews, and one from Rob Koeckert about our precincts. 2. Rob also received a campaign letter from Matthew Davies who is running for Alumni Liaison of the Northeast district. D. Treasurer: 1. Nick has chapter letter shirts and hats for sale, and after district convention Kappa Kappa Psi crest stickers will be available. E. Recording Secretary: Nothing F. Historian: 1. Eudora read over the article that will be printed on our page in the yearbook. Suggestions were taken from the whole chapter to revise it. G. Alumni Secretary: 1. Dave Guzas stated that Alumni would like to come to degrees, so setting a time sooner would make it more likely people could come. H. Parliamentarian: Nothing I. Everyone else: Nothing II. Committee Reports: A. Social Individual: Nothing B. Fundraising: Nothing C. Service: 1. A group will be planning on going to Donegon on Wednesday March 29th, which is the first Wednesday after semester break. The article that is being written for the Lehigh Week paper will be based on this visit. D. Precincts: 1. All the extra stuff from precincts and where it should be put away was discussed. 2. It was discussed that the food leftovers could be at concert band practice. 3. Writing thank you letters to all the alumni that gave donations for precincts was also discussed. E. Jurisdiction: Nothing F. MEP: 1. Every membership candidate passed the first two tests. 2. Third degree is scheduled for Friday April 14th at 5:30pm. G. 5th Anniversary: Nothing III. Old Business: Nothing IV. New Business: A. The Epsilons finished the first robe, and it was modeled. They also asked if anyone has a sewing machine they could bring back after break, it would be a great help.
