Meeting called to order at 9:20PM 24 Brothers Present. The previous meetings minutes were read and approved. I. Officer Reports: A. President: Nothing B. Vice President: Nothing C. Corresponding Secretary: Nothing D. Treasurer: 1. Nick has chapter letter shirts and hats for sale, Marching 97 hats and stickers, and Kappa Kappa Psi crest stickers will be available. 2. Membership Candidate dues are due before Third Degree. E. Recording Secretary: Nothing F. Historian: Nothing G. Alumni Secretary: Nothing H. Parliamentarian: Nothing I. Everyone else: Nothing II. Committee Reports: A. Social Individual: Nothing B. Fundraising: Nothing C. Service: 1. A group will be planning on going to Donegon on Wednesday March 29th, a photographer from Lehigh Week should be there, and so people who are going should wear letters. D. Precincts: 1. A thank you letter to Alumni has been written. 2. A report about our budget for precincts needs to be sent to the District President. E. Jurisdiction: Nothing F. MEP: 1. A reminder was made that 3rd Degree is April 14th at 5:30pm. 2. The next Membership Candidate meeting is this Sunday April 2nd. The MC's will be taking their 3rd test. 3. The MC's announced that their picnic will be on April 29th at 1:00pm at Saucon Park. The cost will be approximately $3 per person. The rain date May 7th. G. 5th Anniversary: Nothing III.
