Meeting called to order at 9:15PM 22 Brothers Present. The previous meetings minutes were read and approved. I. Officer Reports: A. President: 1. Eric would like to meet with all the officers briefly after the meeting. B. Vice President: Nothing C. Corresponding Secretary: Nothing D. Treasurer: 1. Nick has chapter letter shirts and hats for sale, Marching 97 hats and stickers, and Kappa Kappa Psi crest stickers will be available. 2. Membership Candidate dues are $75, and they are due before third degree. 3. There is a money award given one of the top run student run organizations by Student Senate. If interested in applying for these awards contact Nick. E. Recording Secretary: Nothing F. Historian: Nothing G. Alumni Secretary: Nothing H. Parliamentarian: Nothing I. Everyone else: Nothing II. Committee Reports: A. Social Individual: Nothing B. Fundraising: Nothing C. Service: Nothing D. Precincts: Nothing E. Jurisdiction: Nothing F. MEP: 1. The Membership Candidates took their third test and everyone passed. 2. Another reminder was made about third degree; it is Friday April 14th at 5:30pm, room to be announced. 3. Juan scheduled PIE sessions for the end of the semester. The First session is on Sunday April 16th at 7:00pm in room Zoelner room 345. The second session is on Monday May 1st at 7:00pm in a room to be announced. The Third and final session is scheduled to be on Sunday May 7th at 7:00pm in Zoelner room 345. 4. Juan also passed out copies of the Fraternity song, and asked that it be looked for next weeks meeting, so an attempt could be made to sing it. G. 5th Anniversary: Nothing III. Old Business: Nothing IV. New Business: A. District convention was held this past weekend at West Virginia University. Juan was the delegate for our chapter. Next years District convention will be held at Syracuse University. Northern Precincts will be held at New Hampshire University, and Central Precincts will be held at Clarion University. Southern Precincts is still undetermined. B. A motion was made to set up an Add hawk committee to handle all applications and paper work concerning awards for our chapter. The motion passed, and Nick volunteered to chair the committee. C. Juan scheduled that voting on membership candidates to see if they will accepted into the brotherhood will be Monday April 10th, after the meeting. D. District Day is at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia, on Saturday June 24th the cost is $37, and RSVP's must be in by Tuesday April 25th, if interested contact Nick.
