From: Nate HunsingerMeeting called to order at 9:14PM 22 Brothers Present. The previous meetings minutes were read and approved. I. Officer Reports: A. President: 1. Eric set the schedule for officer elections; Nominations will be taken during the meeting on April 17th. Elections will be the following week on April 24th. B. Vice President: Nothing C. Corresponding Secretary: Nothing D. Treasurer: 1. Another donation came in from an alumni, Aubrey made a donation of $200 to the chapter. 2. Nick has chapter letter shirts and hats for sale, Marching 97 hats and stickers, and Kappa Kappa Psi crest stickers will be available. 3. A reminder was made that Membership Candidate dues are $75, and they are due before third degree. 4. The report to Student Senate about the possible award is due on Sunday April 16th, if you want to add anything to the letter contact Nick. E. Recording Secretary: Nothing F. Historian: 1. Eudora asked if the chapter should still pursue a composite, because the company we are dealing with is been really slow and not responding to any messages. It will be looked into to find a different company that could make a composite. G. Alumni Secretary: Nothing H. Parliamentarian: Nothing I. Everyone else: Nothing II. Committee Reports: A. Social Individual: Nothing B. Fundraising: Nothing C. Service: 1. There was a sign-up sheet for Donegon being passed around, for a group going to Donegon this Wednesday April 12th. D. Precincts: 1. Kate suggested that bigs should buy there littles a precincts t-shirt, it would make a nice gift. E. Jurisdiction: Nothing F. MEP: 1. The Membership Candidates took their fourth test and everyone passed. 2. Another reminder was made about third degree; it is Friday April 14th at 5:30pm, In the University Center Room 308. 3. There was an attempt to run through the fraternity song. 4. The Membership Candidates decided on their service projects. They do some sort of music program where they play instruments at pre-schools. They also decided to help a band in the Palisades school district, with an upcoming trip they have. 5. The Membership Candidates also announced their Social project, which is a picnic on April 29th at 1:00pm in Saucon Park. The cost is $3 paid ahead, and 1 guest is allowed. RSVP Lauren, or Heather. The MC's are also contacting Lock Haven and Kutztown to see if their chapters will join us at the picnic. G. 5th Anniversary: Nothing H. Awards: 1. If you are interested in helping out with the awards committee contact Nick or Michelle the Co-Chair. III. Old Business: Nothing IV. New Business: A. Elizabeth suggested that the chapter awards committee create awards to be given to brothers in our chapter. B. Michelle read a letter concerning the Epsilons service project. The next Work Session was scheduled for Wednesday April 12th at 4:30, and Thursday April 13th at 4:30. C. Sara mentioned an award form the Alumni Association that may be able to gets us money for precincts, if interested in more information contact Sara. D. There is a Dance Club Show in Baker Hall at 8:00pm on Tuesday April 11th. It is free, and there are cookies and juice after it is over.
