bcg2 04/17/00 03:37 On the eve of my first Letter Day...
Dear my new Brothers of Kappa Gamma: On this, the eve of my first Letter Day, I think this is the right time to offer my thanks to the Kappa Gamma Chapter of the last two years for giving me the opportunity to join this Brotherhood and for the chapter's continual support and confidence. Despite the queasiness of constant self-evaluation, both as individuals and as a group, I am glad to say that I will be as honored to be a part of this great order as I wear my new letters tomorrow on campus as I was the night I received my bid (both times!). I believe that the ranks of Kappa Kappa Psi here at Lehigh are filled with some of the more devoted wind musicians here, that KKPsi is poised to contribute significantly to instrumental music at Lehigh, and I feel naturally close to those who speak music, greatest of the arts, through our profane instruments of metal and wood. As this weekend passes, so passes the first part of my journey and my decision to keep on working within Lehigh's bands, and ushers anew another that, despite great uncertainty of the future, is one I that look forward to. So basically: Here's to you, Kappa Gamma. Also, should the zeta class start a new class topic on this board? AEA (and glad I didn't die wondering) __________________ Brian C. Green bcg2@lehigh.edu
