Meeting called to order at 7:32PM
28 Brothers Present.
The previous meetings minutes were read and approved.

I.	Officer Reports:
	A.	President:  
		1.	Chapters Dues will be $60 they are due by September 21st, in the
form of a check made out to Lehigh University.  Late Fees will be charge
if the Dues are hand in after the due date.

	B.	Vice President: 
		1.	PIE Session number one will be Sunday October 15th at 7:00pm in
Zoellner room 345.  PIE Session number two will be Sunday November 5th
at 7:00pm, and PIE session number three will Sunday November 12th at
7:00pm.
		2.	Michelle would like to meet with the entire Zeta class after the
meeting.
		3.	A thank you was giving to Rob, Kitti, Mike, and Dave for helping
with setting up food at Wind Ensemble practice.
		4.	Michelle asked that the social committee advertise all activities
to all the bands.
		5.	And she also asked that the service committee take over the buying
of food for band practices.

	C.	Treasurer:  
		1.	Our cash balance is $1628.58
		2.	The last chance to order letters is tonight.  Se Nick if you are
interested.

	E.	Recording Secretary:  
		1.	The Chapter Phone/Contact list was passed out.

	F.	Corresponding Secretary:
		1.	Jeff asked if there are any more ideas for the chapter newsletter
names that they are sent to him.
		2.	Jeff also asked that brothers write something for Northeast Notes. 
If you are interested in writing something contact Jeff.

	G.	Historian:  Nothing
	H.	Alumni Secretary:  Nothing
	I.	Parliamentarian:  Nothing

II.	Committee Reports:
	A.	Social Individual:  
		1.	Game Night is Monday September 18th at 7:00pm in Warren Square E.
		2.	If you want to go to Lock Haven let Juan know by Saturday.  The
cost is $17.50 in the form of a check to Kappa Kappa Psi, Eta Alpha
Chapter.
		3.	The social committee meeting will be held after the brotherhood
meeting.  

	B.	Fundraising:  
		1.	The Car Wash will not be this weekend due to scheduling problems. 
An effort will be made to have a car wash on October 1st.
		2.	The "Pie in the Face" contests needs more two-liter bottles.
		3.	The Service Auction is scheduled to be on Sunday October 29th at
3:00pm, but that is the same time as a Philharmonic performance, so the
auction may have to be moved.
		4.	The bookstore needs to know by Friday September 15th if we are
interested in selling items for them.  If anyone is interested in
helping contact Heather, they need to train at least two people.
  
	C.	Service: 
		1.	Sign up sheets for events to usher were being passed around,
everyone should be able to usher at least once.
		2.	Wendy Thompson the director of the Child Care center is interested
in us coming back.
		3.	The letters to all the people in the music department was sent out.
		4.	Lauren meet with the Band Director from Broughal.  They are
interested in the instrument drive, and would also like us to come back
to help out the young musicians.  The best time would probably be
Wednesdays between 3:00 - 4:00pm.

	D.	Jurisdiction:  Nothing
	E.	MEP:  
		1.	The deadline for poster submissions is today.
		2.	The dates for the information sessions are: Info session number 1
Monday October 23rd at 7:00pm, and the second info session will be on
Wednesday November 1st at 7:00pm.  The plan for the information sessions
is to have one representative from each class there to discuss and
answer questions.
		3.	If you are interested in becoming a Big there is a sign up sheet
being passed around.  There is possibly a mini-retreat being planned to
help train the Bigs to help them know what is expected of them.
		4.	The next meeting will be Monday September 18th at 6:00pm in 473
Montclair.

	F.	Awards:  
		1.	The awards committee went through the district awards noting all
the due dates and requirements to apply for each award.
		2.	A brother of the Month award will be handed out at the 1st Thursday
of every month.  They will receive a special gift from Eudora.  The next
committee meeting will be on Monday October 2nd.  Everyone is invited to
choose the 1st brother of the month.

III.	Old Business:
	A.	The Web page has been updated with a lot of new information, check
it out and give feed back.

IV.	New Business:
	A.	A motion was made to have someone from our chapter be in the Good
Scholar election this year.  The Motion was passed.  The nominations for
our good scholar were Heather Belaus and Todd Jefferys.  Todd Jefferys
was elected as our good scholar.
