Meeting called to order at 7:30PM
25 Brothers Present.
The previous meetings minutes were read and approved.
I. Officer Reports:
A. President:
1. Eudora would like to see Michelle, Nate, and Kitti after the
meeting.
B. Vice President: Nothing
C. Treasurer:
1. From the Student Senate appeal they approved us $75 and gave us
$40, for MEP books and pins.
D. Recording Secretary: Nothing
E. Corresponding Secretary:
1. The Due Date for Northeast Notes is coming quickly, please write
something.
2. The first copy of the Newsletter was being passed around.
F. Historian:
1. The composite pictures are in; please pick them up from Rachel.
G. Alumni Secretary: Nothing
H. Parliamentarian: Nothing
II. Committee Reports:
A. Social Individual:
1. A Brotherhood dinner will be held on Wednesday October 18th at
Bridgeworks, email Juan if you are planning on coming.
B. Fundraising:
1. The Service Auction is on October 29th, at 5:30pm in the black box
theater. All Services must be submitted by the meeting on October
19th.
C. Service:
1. A group of 4 went to the child daycare center on Tuesday October
10th.
2. A group will be going to Broughal on October 25th.
3. For Ushering on Friday the 13th be in Zoellner at 6:30pm, wearing
black and white.
4. The music Library work is really easy cataloging. The next work
period will be Wednesday October 18th from 9:00am to 11:00am. There is
a sign up sheet being passed around.
D. Jurisdiction: Nothing
E. MEP:
1. The first PIE session is Sunday October 15th at 7:00pm in Zoellner
345, this is a required meeting.
F. Awards: Nothing
III. Old Business:
A. The previous meeting minutes were friendly amended to have the
changes to the constitution and by-laws put in the new business instead
of the old business.
B. The new membership cards are in see Eudora after the meeting to pick
up you card.
IV. New Business:
A. $40 dollars has come in from Alumni so far for help with outstanding
dues.
Meeting adjourned at 7:43 PM.
