Meeting called to order at 7:31PM
22 Brothers Present.
The previous meetings minutes were read and approved.
I. Officer Reports:
A. President:
1. A request was made by Eudora that everyone try to be at the meeting
on time. Please pick up your membership cards if you have not already.
B. Vice President: Nothing
C. Treasurer: Nothing
D. Recording Secretary: Nothing
E. Corresponding Secretary:
1. The theme for Northeast Notes is "Together in Service" any articles
that are written need to be turned into Jeff by Thursday October 26th.
F. Historian: Nothing
G. Alumni Secretary: Nothing
H. Parliamentarian: Nothing
II. Committee Reports:
A. Social Individual:
1. Ultimate Frisbee Sunday, October 22nd at 2:00pm in the McGinnis
lawn.
2. We are co-hosting a Halloween party on Monday October 30th at
9:00pm in room 143 in Zoellner.
B. Fundraising:
1. The Service Auction is on October 29th, at 5:30pm in the black box
theater. All Services must be submitted by the meeting on October
19th.
C. Service:
1. A group will be going to Broughal on October 25th from 3:00pm to
4:00pm.
2. The Choral Arts Concert is Saturday October 21st; a sign up sheet
for ushering was passed around.
3. The Fables and Folklore Concert is Saturday October 28th, a sign up
sheet for ushering was passed around.
D. Jurisdiction: Nothing
E. MEP:
1. A thanks was given to the Zetas for the first PIE session.
Michelle would like to meet with them after the meeting to plan the next
session.
2. Questions for the panelist for the 1st info session have been
posted.
3. There will be a mandatory Big meeting on November 12th before the
PIE session.
F. Awards:
1. The Next meeting is Friday October 20th in Pete's Arena at 6:00pm.
