Meeting called to order at 7:30PM
23 Brothers Present.
The previous meetings minutes were read and approved.
I. Officer Reports:
A. President:
1. The Brother of the Month award for October goes to Brian Green.
B. Vice President:
1. PIE session #2 is Sunday November 5th at 7:00pm in Zoellner room
345.
2. The Zeta Class will be meeting Friday November 3rd in 473
Montclair.
C. Treasurer:
1. The money for the Service Auction is due by November 16th, and we
raised approximately $250 more dollars than last year.
D. Recording Secretary: Nothing
E. Corresponding Secretary:
1. The new monthly newsletter was being passed around.
2. The Northeast Notes and Podium submissions have been sent out.
F. Historian: Nothing
G. Alumni Secretary: Nothing
H. Parliamentarian: Nothing
II. Committee Reports:
A. Social Individual: Nothing
B. Fundraising:
1. A thanks was given to everyone for participating in the Service
Auction.
2. The "Pie in the Face" contest is currently going on and it is going
well.
C. Service:
1. A group will be going to Broughal on November 8th from 3:00pm to
4:00pm; a sign up sheet was being passed around.
2. The Jazz concert in Baker Hall is Friday November 3rd if you want
to usher show up at 6:30pm in Zoelner in the proper ushering attire.
3. To Finish the Robes for degrees we will be working on them next
week November 9th after the meeting to cut out all the patterns.
4. If you would like to work to work on the project in the music
library a group is trying to be organized to work on Friday November
10th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
5. Christmas Caroling at the Holy Family Manor will possibly be
December 5th or 6th.
D. Jurisdiction: Nothing
E. MEP:
1. At the second info session there were 2 prospective members there.
2. The Next MEP committee meeting is Wednesday, November 8th at 6:15
pm in 473 Montclair.
F. Awards: Nothing
III. Old Business:
A. Todd Jeffreys will be walking in the Good Scholar Election on Sunday
November 5th. He will be selling peppermint patties for $1 a vote.
IV. New Business:
A. A motion was made to approve the proposed changes to the By-Laws
1.9. The Motion was passed.
New 1.9: The President of the Chapter must be an undergraduate
enrolled at Lehigh University. …
B. A motion was made to approve the proposed changes to the By-Laws
1.11. The Motion was approved.
New 1.11: The Treasurer of the Chapter must be an undergraduate
enrolled at Lehigh University. …
