Meeting called to order at 7:59PM
17 Brothers Present.
The previous meetings minutes were read and approved.
I. Officer Reports:
A. President:
1. We have received a Christmas card for head quarters.
2. If you want any info about Precincts please contact Eudora.
3. The new Podium is in; please pick one up after the meeting.
B. Vice President: Nothing
C. Treasurer:
1. There are still four people that owe money for the service auction.
2. The "Pie in the Face" raised $ , and the winner of the pie is
Leanne who raised $97.69 herself.
D. Recording Secretary: Nothing
E. Corresponding Secretary:
1. Jeff said thank you to every brother who came in letters for the
Christmas card picture.
F. Historian: Nothing
G. Alumni Secretary: Nothing
H. Parliamentarian: Nothing
II. Committee Reports:
A. Social Individual: Nothing
B. Fundraising:
1. For the "Pie in the Face contest" a time need to be picked for
Leanne to get her pie in the face.
2. For a possible Marching Band calendar please keep your pictures
from this past season.
3. Selling items for the bookstore will be done next semester. There
are currently 4 basketball games scheduled, and a wrestling tournament.
We get at least $50 for each time we work and a percentage of the sales.
4. If you have any ideas how to give money back to the bands, send
them to Heather.
C. Service:
1. A group went to Broughal on Wednesday, November 29th, and the next
we will be going is Wednesday January 31st from 3:00pm to 4:00pm.
2. For ushering for the Wind Ensemble concert Saturday December 2nd
you must be in Zoelner at 6:30pm in black and white.
3. Christmas caroling at Holy Family Manor will be Tuesday, December
5th at 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Contact Lauren if you are interested in
coming.
4. To Finish the Robes for degrees we will be working on them after
the meeting to cut out all the patterns.
5. Save any musical notes you see on Pepsi or Frito-Lay product they
could assist in funding for instruments for Broughal.
6. On Friday December 1st, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm a group will be
working in the music library.
D. Jurisdiction: Nothing
E. MEP:
1. Copies of the proposed schedule for next semester was passed, look
it over and it will be voted on at the next meeting.
F. Awards:
1. The next committee meeting will be Monday December 4th at 4:30 in
the 3rd floor lobby of Zoellner. The Brother of the month will be
determined. If you have any suggestions send them to Leanne.
III. Old Business: Nothing
IV. New Business:
A. Kitti's Mom is looking for drum cases for a high school band trip,
if anyone has information on where some cases can be found contact
Kitti.
B. The proposed changes for a new attendance policy were passed out.
The policy will be voted on at the next meeting. If you have any
questions or concerns contact Kitti.
