Meeting called to order at 9:33PM 
24 Brothers Present. 
The previous meetings minutes were read and approved. 
 
I.	Officer Reports: 
A.	President:   
1.	The Chapter personnel report was passed around so Brothers could update their information for Nationals.  Mike asked everyone to make sure to sign it by the end of the meeting. 
2.	There should be no drinking in letters, since we are a non-alcoholic fraternity. 
  
B.	Vice President: 
3.  The Eta class is preparing PIE sessions for this semester.  Nationals has declared that there be 4 PIE sessions this year, instead of the usual 3.  The dates for PIE will be October 21st, November 4th, November 11th, and November 18th, all at 7:00pm, locations TBA. 
 
C.	Treasurer: 
2.  The catalog was passed around for those brothers wishing to order new letters. 
 
E.	Recording Secretary:   
1.	The chapter phone list will be mailed out in campus mail.  For those brothers who do not have campus mailboxes, extra copies of the phone list will be available at next week's chapter meeting. 
 
F.	Corresponding Secretary:   Nothing 
G.	Historian:   Nothing 
H.	Alumni Secretary:   Nothing 
I.	Parliamentarian:  Nothing 
 
II.	Committee Reports: 
A.	Social Individual:   
1.	Ultimate Frisbee/Football will be held on Sunday September 30th at 2:00pm on Maginnes Lawn.  If you have a frisbee or football, please bring it. 
2.	Kate still needs someone to make announcements to the Jazz Ensemble.  
 
B.	Fundraising:   
1.	The Pie in the Face contest has started. 
2.	The Service Auction is scheduled for October 14th at 4:00pm, location TBA. 
3.	There is a wrestling tournament scheduled for Saturday December 8th, the day after classes end.  Heather wanted to know who is interested in selling concessions for this event. 
4.	Those people in Mustard and Cheese were asked to see Heather. 
   
C.	Service:  
1.	The service committee meeting scheduled for the 24th will now be held at Ulrich, not 473 Montclair Ave. 
2.	A sign up sheet was passed around for those people interested in ushering and helping out with the Zeek! Program for the rest of the fall semester. 
3.	Michelle called Joyce Dolly at Broughal to set up Lehigh Lessons for the fall.  The program is set to start in October, and will be held on Wednesday afternoons at 3:00pm. 
 
D.	Jurisdiction:   
1.  Brian asked to speak with the Jurisdiction committee members after the meeting. 
			2.  Tomorrow's jurisdiction meeting will be held at 9:00pm.  The  
location will most likely be Fair-Mart. 
 
E.	MEP: 
1.  The MEP committee met last Saturday and came up with two dates for information sessions this semester.  The sessions will be held on Thursday October 18th at 7:00pm, and on Monday October 22nd at 5:00pm.  The information sessions will include an informal roundtable discussion with two brothers integrated with the prospectives.  A sign up sheet for the two sessions will be passed around at the next chapter meeting. 
2.  The MEP committee has decided to hold the Second Annual Flyer Contest, to help promote our Chapter to prospectives.  Each brother must work with at least one other brother.  The flyer should be presented on 8.5"x11" paper.  Brothers are asked to leave room on the flyers for the date, time, and location of the information sessions.  The deadline to have the designs in Jeff's hand is 5pm on Sunday September 30th.  The designs will be voted on, and the winning group will receive pizza and a movie, courtesy of Jeff. 
3.  The next MEP meeting will be held on Sunday September 30th at 5:00pm in Brodhead 415.  All are welcome to attend. 
 
F.	Awards:   Nothing 
 
III.	Old Business:  	A.  The skirt for the marching band podium was presented to  
the Chapter. 
 
IV.	New Business:     Nothing
