Meeting Minutes 01/28/03
·              Taught Second Lesson of MEP, it went well.

·              Went to Bloomsburg on the 26th to discuss drafts of
Constitution, MEP Document and Petitioning Document

·              Schedule for Friday has not changed

o       Bloomsburg no longer has University vans; they are working on
finding vehicles.

o       Kate is preparing a game night for everyone once the colonists have
arrived.

·              Communication between bigs and littles

o       Reviewed list of topic ideas to be handed out at chapter meeting

o       Conversations topics that get emailed to me are what Nationals see
of our chapter.

o       Colonists have expressed that a lot of them are not communicating
with there bigs

o       Bigs and littles are more then welcome to set up meetings on there
own. If you need help finding a mid point to meet at talk to EJ, Mike D, or
Rachel

·              It was requested that a list of topics for MEP lessons be
posted along with a link to the information
