* Handed out copies of the "proposed list of service projects" for this year. 
  If anyone not on the  committee would like a copy of the list, please let me 
  know. 
 
* Made a request for more service ideas, particularly ones involving the 
  community of Bethlehem. 
  * Michelle will be calling Broughal Middle School later this week to set up 
    our program with them. 
  * Michelle will also find out if Donnegan has reopened.  If so, we will try 
    and set up a program with them, too. 
 
* Kate mentioned that she knew oodles about Access and would be willing to help 
  organize the effort of checking the database of Marching 97 music.  This 
  project will commence during the spring semester so we don't interfere with  
  the marching season. 
 
* Discussed ways of making sure people actually participated in the projects 
  they signed up for.  MUST CHECK IN WITH A MEMBER OF THE SERVICE COMMITTEE OR 
  DESIGNATED CONTACT PERSON (If a member of the committee is not present). 
 
* Next meeting: Monday, September 24, 6:00PM, 473 Montclair.
