For those who are interested, I've compiled a list of projects that are 
in the works or being considered.  If you want to know what's happening 
in service, this is a synopsis:

**Marching 97 Requests

Money for Instruments - We'd like to buy a Tenor Sax for the Marching 
97.  TODO: Email Prof Diggs for info on buying a sax online

Clean and Fix Instruments - Do the actual cleaning in the spring.  Get 
volunteers per instrument to gather information on the correct ways to 
clean. (gather information this semester)

Bring Music from the Loft to ZAC - Keeping lots of music at the loft 
causes it to decompose more quickly.  Specifics need to be figured out 
before this can be brought up before the 97 Exec Board.

Set up computer- Basically plugging in the computer in the loft, and 
loading software on to it (Access, Finale, etc) (in progress)

Cage moving- Offer labor and money if '97 wants to move their cage to 
the other side of their area in the loft.  (We've made the offer, it's 
up to the marching band to take us up on it...)

Better old uniform placement - TODO:Talk to EJ and Brian B about what is 
involved in moving some (old) uniforms up to mountaintop.

Furniture- Offer labor to Joe to help fix desks, etc

Loft project- Spring only.

**Non-Lehigh

Broughal Marching - In progress...

Broughal Fundraiser - Up in the air at this point... we'll get back to 
you on this.

Broughal Lessons - Bi weekly? Ask Joyce (broughal band director)

Concerts (caroling, holy family manor, etc.)  Not yet :)

**ZAC

Ushering - Full dates and times incoming via Dammer

Zeek - Specific times and # of people needed incoming from Liz Scofield, 
Showtimes are:

Monday morning donuts - Need to get funding approved, placement approved 
by ZAC, and volunteers for setup/cleanup.

Snacks after rehearsals - Same as above

**Other things I forgot

Digitizing music - putting it into finale... it's up in the air right now

Acid free boxes - Extras in ZAC, '97 may need them
