Service Meeting Minutes

HFM concert is this Saturday.  We have > 20 people signed up :).  We'd 
like to get some percussionists.  We need to get wire stands from the 
score library on friday ~3pm.  If you have not recieved an email about 
this, you are not signed up!

The 97 needs a new computer in the loft.  We'd talked about getting one 
before, but nothing really materialized.  We'd like to spend about $250 
on a computer that will be used for finale, access, and other misc 
tasks.  All the computers currently in the loft are inadequate for this 
use.  Monitor, keyboard, and speakers are already in place, only the box 
itself must be bought.  Mike and I are going to come to next week's 
service meeting with some specs and prices.

Loft Project will return (hopefully) next week (not this week) for a 
grand finale.  Time/Date TBA.

Mike and I are going to start scanning the massive number of images and 
documents from years past sitting in the band loft.  This is part of my 
new project as Publicity Manager to create a history of the 97 with all 
of these documents (basically make the docs accessible to band members 
and alumni).
