Meeting called to order at 6:50 pm after rounding up the members of the committee. 
 
Present were: Heather Thomson, Heather Belaus, Lauren Garlett, Rachel Goodman, 
     Madhusha Dissanayake, and Randy Maurizio. 
 
The Service Auction will difinitely be held on October 14.  I will contact Kitti 
about getting a room for 4 pm.  The possibility of having a Brotherhood Dinner 
afterward was discussed.  I will contact the Social committee to discuss. 
 
The possibility of selling bookstore concessions at the tournament on December 8 
was discussed.  I will check to see what is going on at Zoellner that day and  
bring it up at the next meeting to judge brotherhood approval. 
 
The possibility of selling concessions at concerts at Zoellner was mentioned.   
Mustard and Cheese does something similar for theater events.  I will contact them  
to find out how much they make doing this.  Cons discussed were that we will  
probably be ushering at many of these events, and some brothers will be performing,  
so we might be spreading ourselves too thin.  Also, we don't know how profitable 
it will be. 
 
Pie in the Face starts tomorrow.  Talk it up and bring money.
