Meeting called to order at 7:40 pm. 
 
Present were: Heather Thomson, Heather Belaus, Rachel Goodman, Lauren Garlett,  
     and Mike Dammer. 
 
Pie in the Face - progress was discussed. 
 
Marching Band calendar - Rachel will do the Alumni page. 
     I will continue to try and find someone to help Josh with the '04 page. 
     I will also try to hunt down people who haven't given me pages yet. 
 
Concert Concessions - M&C has not actually started this fundraiser. 
     It was decided that doing more wrestling and basketball games would be more 
          productive and be easier than trying to sell concessions at poorly  
          attended concerts. 
 
Service Auction - It will be held in the UC if possible. 
     Find out from Eudora if inactives are on the alumni list, if not need to get  
          their emails and let them know. 
     An email will be sent out to the members of the bands as soon as a room is 
          confirmed and the addresses are aquired. 
     Rachel will make posters to hang up. 
     They will be hung up in the UC, Ulrich, and in ZAC if I can get permission. 
     An advertisement will be sent to the UGRAD news server thing.
