Meeting Called to order at 7:05 pm 
 
Present were: Heather Thomson, Lauren Garlett, Rachel Goodman,  
     Madhusha Dissanayake, and Mike Dammer 
 
The results of the Service Auction were discussed. 
     Next year be sure to advertise it better 
     Encourage brothers to provide a variety of services, instead of everyone 
          offering the same ones. 
 
Marching Band Calendar 
     I e-mailed everyone who has promised me a page but hasn't given me any more 
          recent information, but I got no response. 
     I e-mailed all of the sophomores to find someone to help Josh with the  
          sophomore page, but I got no response. 
     Other options for getting people to give me information were discussed, but 
          the only one was to continue e-mailing people. 
 
Bookstore Concessions 
     I e-mailed Sue about selling on December 8.  She didn't get back to me, so I  
          will call her if I don't get a response soon. 
 
Other Fundraising Ideas were discussed 
     The possibility of selling candy was discussed and turned down. 
     Ordering more Marching 97 hats to sell was agreed upon.  These hats used to 
          be a fundraiser, and the last of the stock was just sold.  Karen will 
          e-mail the Marching 97 alums to see how many of them will want hats, 
          and that will be used to determine how many we order.  They will most  
          likely be sold for $15 a piece. 
 
Pie In The Face 
     Its not doing as well this year. 
     Brothers will be encouraged to talk it up in Band, and possibly create a war 
          between two execs.
