Meeting Minutes 1/17/02 
 
Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm (yay everyone was on time!) 
 
Present: Heather Thomson, Heather Belaus, Lauren Garlett, Madhusha Dissanayake,  
     Rachel Goodman, Mike Dammer, and Brian Green 
 
Marching Band Calendar 
     Into the printers. 
     Will keep calling every few days to see how things are going. 
 
Concessions 
     No one has signed up yet for Saturday. 
     Suggestions: 
          Get list from Sandy of who will already be there and make them help. 
          Send another e-mail to everyone. 
     Make sure Sue writes check out to Lehigh University with KKPsi in the memo. 
 
Marching Band hats 
     11 Orders from alumni. 
     Call companies to find cheapest rate. 
     Want hats similar to old ones. 
     Plan to order around 30 hats. 
 
Meetings 
     Thursdays at 7:00 are generally good, so meetings will most likely be held 
          at that time in the future.
