Meeting called to order at 5:08 on the van down to Districts. 
 
Present: Lauren Garlett, Heather Belaus, Heather Thomson, Josh Eaton, EJ Walsh, 
     Rachel Goodman, Brian Green, Sandy Narowski, and Glenn Peters 
 
Marching Band Calendars 
     One will be staying with the chapter 
     One will be donated to the Marching 97 for recruitment purposes 
     I will bring them to third to possibly sell to alumni 
 
Hats 
     Store would like to see the hat in person to make the correct thing 
     I will look up the address to see how far away it actually is (Mapquest says an hour) 
     Also will check to see if its on anybody's way 
     Possibility of reimbursing driver for gas 
 
Car Wash 
     Possible dates - May 4, April 27, May 7 & 8 (RCS days) 
          Will need to plan a rain date 
     Possible locations 
          Hess on 378 (by Superfresh) 
          Straus Auto on Stefko 
          On campus somewhere 
     Rachel and Lauren will call to see if anyone is available any of those dates 
     Time will be about 10-3 if off campus, later if on 
     Bake Sale included 
     $5 a car, $6 an SUV (possibly) 
     Include a donation bucket
