Social Committee Meeting -Sunday, Sept. 3

Attendance: Juan (chair), Jeff, Rachel, Eric, Chris Noon

1. Glow Bowling
   Friday, Sept. 8
   Rose Bowl
   -meet at ZAC 10:30 pm
   -everyone is invited (including frosh)
   -If there are no objections, I will post Glow Bowling invitation on the
    band board on Tuesday.
   -Kutztown brothers received an invitation.

2. Brotherhood Dinner
   Monday, Sept. 11
   The Ground Round
   -meet at ZAC 5:30 pm
   -There will be dinners throughout the semester on different days of the
    week and at different restaurants.
   -I will take a head count of who's going at the next meeting.

3. Game Night
   Monday, Sept. 25
   Warren Square E
   -start at 7:00 pm
   -everyone is invited
   -bring any games that you have

4. Lock Haven's 25th Anniversary Banquet
   I e-mailed Julie Bysher who is coordinating this event.  More information
   when she responds to the message.

5. Dorney Park trip
   Sunday, Oct. 1
   -We'll try to do the late admission for a reduced price.
   -Does anybody know if the park will still be open?

6. Halloween Party
   I still need to talk to the Mustard and Cheese Drama Society.  More
   information will be posted later.

7. Roadtrips
   A chance to visit brothers during flames.
   No roadtrips have been planned yet.

8. Ice Skating
   We want to do this sometime in November.  More information will be posted
   later.  We will still go ice skating in January.

9. Ice Cream Socials
   After ZAC performances we can go out for dessert.
   No ice cream socials planned yet.

Next social committee meeting has not been scheduled.
